Rising up to 3m, the B Type platform lift can be installed externally or internally. It provides a very stylish and reliable platform lift solution with the proven screw & nut drive. Covered by toughened and laminated glazed panel sheets this open design platform lift will fit harmoniously into most environments.

A stylish and reliable solution
A simple screw and nut driven lifting platform of high quality construction for mainly external application. The B Type wheelchair lift can also be installed internally travelling a maximum of 3m. With its open design covered by toughened and laminated glazed panels the popular B Type provides a stylish and reliable platform lift solution.

No pit required
The B type platform lift does not require any pit as it comes complete with an internal ramp. The lift just bolts directly against the vertical wall and is supported by the slab.

Operation
Easy to use fully interlocking saloon type doors swing back to an open or closed position. Platform and landing controls are easy to handle for the operator with hold to run operation.

Part M compliant
With a standard platform size of 1400mm x 1100mm the B Type wheelchair platform lift is fully Part M compliant

Safety first
Safety is of the utmost importance for the open type platform lift. Preventing trapping when the lift is lowered a movable plate with safety switches covers the entire underside of the platform, if the plate is touched the lift stops immediately.
