Maintenance Packages

Lift Maintenance Packages

Premier Lifts provides three distinct maintenance package options. All packages are tailored specifically to the varying usage of the lifts and include checking, lubricating, adjusting, full inspection and reporting.

Basic

The Basic package is the recommended minimum to comply with warranties, minimal usage of the lift and insurance obligations.

2 service visits per year.
This packages excludes any parts and labour that may be required outside of the warranty.

Semi Comprehensive

The Semi Comprehensive package is the standard recommended contract for all general usage.

4 service visits per year.
This package excludes any parts and labour that may be required outside of the warranty.

Full Comprehensive

The Full Comprehensive package is our most robust lift maintenance offering including call outs within 24 hours.

4 service visits per year.
Package includes year-round call outs within 24 hours and all minor parts and labour during throughout the lift’s lifespan.

Other Services

Premier Lifts strongly recommends that you avail of one of the above packages to ensure the safety, reliability and compliance of your lift. However, we also offer assistance outside of the regular maintenance packages.

Call Out Charges

If you are having an issue with your lift, our expert team are on hand to assist you. Premier Lifts operates nationwide and can be on site within 24 hours of your call. We are available any time of week though rates are higher on evenings and weekends.

Single Service Calls

Premier Lifts’ maintenance packages typically include 2-4 visits per year. However for those who are not availing of our maintenance packages and require a checkup or one-off service, we offer special single service calls.
