Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer based in the Dublin region to support our expanding customer base throughout Leinster.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining Premier Lifts' reputation for exceptional customer service while carrying out planned maintenance, repairs and breakdown response across Dublin and the surrounding counties. Your responsibilities will include:
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Breakdown diagnosis and fault-finding
• Mechanical and electrical repairs
• Minor modernisation works
• Commissioning support
• Completing digital service reports
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Ensuring all work complies with current safety regulations and company procedures
• Qualified Lift Engineer or equivalent mechanical/electrical engineering qualification
• Proven experience servicing and repairing lifts
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full clean driving licence
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• A commitment to delivering work to the highest standards
Experience with platform lifts, goods lifts or home lifts would be advantageous, although engineers from passenger lift backgrounds are encouraged to apply as full product training will be provided.
