This collaboration ensures all our client’s receive unrivalled support and the fastest response times across Ireland.
Premier Lifts’ maintenance packages typically include 2-4 visits per year, however, if you require a check up or one-off service, we can provide single service calls.
Single service calls include initial inspection, testing, lubrication and adjustments where necessary, full final inspection and reporting.
Premier Lifts operates nationwide and can be on site within 24 hours of your call.
Please note that rates are higher on evenings and weekends and all call out charges are based on a total of 30 minutes on site. More complex issues, which require longer visits, incur an additional per/hour fee.
This package is the recommended minimum to comply with warranties, minimal usage of the lift and insurance obligations:
• Two service visits per year
It excludes any parts and labour that may be required outside of the warranty.
This package is the standard recommended contract for all general usage:
• Four service visits per year
It excludes any parts and labour that may be required outside of the warranty.
The Full Comprehensive package is our most robust lift maintenance service including call outs within 24 hours:
• Four service visits per year
• Year-round call outs within 24 hours
It includes all minor parts and labour throughout the lift’s lifespan.
